Worst customer service ever. To start with I ordered a pair of sandals and they get back to me to say the last pair is damaged so I received a refund. Fine. So I go back choose another colour on pre order (up to 40 days), I wait my 40 days, even more than 40 days. I write numerous emails to find out where they are and no reply. After many emails I get a reply to find out where they are, to be informed that in fact the shoes are not going to be back in stock. 1st off all thank you for letting me know... would I have even been informed if I never emailed. 2nd of all I was never even offered a refund in that email. So I am very upset I have waited 2 months for my shoes and won’t even be getting them.I then ask for a refund on the 4th of April. Is it now the 20th and still no refund.Appalling brand, will NEVER order from here again.

I’ve ordered on their website from the US and got the email that my items have shipped. A few days later, I received another email that my package was delivered, but I haven’t received anything! I have been trying to contact them but no one has responded to any of my messages! This is unacceptable! If you can’t provide customer service in a country, why are you even selling stuff there?!!

I was order 2 bags and its absolutely beautiful and cute i love it very good quality its arrive early than i expected i will order again soon,

So, after my review here, C&K contacted me within an hour, informing me finally with the correct tracking number. I have mixed feelings about this: I am happy that I received the correct tracking but why didn’t they respond earlier? (I had sent them 3 emails) Also, when I paid the transportation costs-standard delivery- I got my order via courier but when they had free shipping costs -standard delivery again- it was sent via local post. I wasn’t informed about that, I really shop often online and I have never faced this again. I probably would’t buy because I cannot leave work to go and pick up the parcel from post.Products are beautiful but they should work on customer service.

Horrible customer service.. super expensive duties and taxes...

I have spent 120£ On their website. Never get any confirmation e-mail. E-mailed them, messaged them and provide them with order number. No one get back to me at all. Is it scam? How to claim my money? I wish I never bought any thing from them ?

I don’t why i have been asking for to pay 62 dollars even but the shipping was free , and the worse is no one answers call when you try to call for help .Really disappointed
